What happens to the details you send us.

Who is responsible

What we collect

Only what the enquiry needs:

• the name, e-mail, company, country and WhatsApp number you type into the form;
• the colour, quantity and any message you add;
• the page you were looking at when you sent it, so we know which slab prompted the question.

If you write to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail instead, we keep that conversation in the same way. We do not buy contact lists and we do not add you to a newsletter for writing to us.

Why we hold it

To answer your question, to quote, and to keep a record of what was agreed if you order. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry you started, and performance of a contract once one exists. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.

Who else sees it

Three service providers, each only for the job described:

• Formspree delivers the form to our sales inbox. The submission passes through their servers.
• Google Analytics 4 counts visits and records things like which colours get looked at. It is configured without advertising features; we do not build profiles of individual visitors.
• Cloudflare serves the pages and keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and performance.

If you send drawings, a schedule of areas or a sample photograph, those stay with us and are used only for your project.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into an order are deleted after 24 months. If you become a customer, order and shipping records are kept as long as tax and customs rules require, which is normally six years.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. Google Analytics sets its own identifiers so that two visits can be told apart; you can block them in your browser settings and everything on the site still works, including the enquiry form. Server-side security cookies set by Cloudflare are strictly functional.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to yuan.opaly@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your national data protection authority; in California you may also ask that we not share your details, and we do not share them.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. The current version always applies to the data we hold.
